Maryland's Waterkeepers Continue To Make Headlines

Maryland Life Magazine Cover July 20, 2009 - s Chesapeake is a coalition of 16 independent waterkeeper programs whose goal is to protect and restore the Chesapeake and coastal bays and their tributaries. Kathy Phillips, ACT's very own Coastkeeper is one of those Waterkeepers.
