Assateague Coastkeeper and Waterkeeper Alliance, on December 17, 2009 filed a Notice of Intent to sue Perdue Farms, Inc. and Hudson Farm (a Perdue poultry grower located near Berlin, MD) for Clean Water Act violations for discharging polluted runoff from a manure pile to open waters of the State.
