About the event

Join the Master of Mushroom enthusiast and informant, Matthew Harbai, owner of Goat Plum Tree Farm for a visual and verbal presentation about the different uses of fungi; bioremediation (or myco-remediation) of industrial farm and other pollution. Touching on additional topics such as : methods of reducing erosion, how fungi help pollinators, and ecological roles of fungi. The presentation will be approximately 80 minutes with plenty of time for Q & A. 

The workshop will follow up with a creative twist of step-by-step, how-to incorporate wild foraging, wildflowers and sprouts into your daily regimen, all while creating a wild cocktail spritzer. 

Please bring your own BYOB of choice to include in the spritzer, or simply enjoy the creation on its own.
