About the event
Paddling on Ayers Creek is a great outdoor adventure! You might see herons stalking fish, turtles basking in the sun, or crabs scurrying along the river bottom. The launch area is a smooth riverbank which makes it easy to climb in and out of the paddleboats. We will provide kayaks, a canoe, and life vests. No paddling experience is needed. Please wear water shoes and clothes that may get wet (water dripping off paddles!) and bring bug spray, sunscreen, a hat, and water.
